Prices

• Hardcover: $59, or 2 copies for $99.
• Paperback: $44.99, or 2 copies for $75.
• Digital edition (PDF): $24.99.

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States. You pay in full at checkout through Stripe. Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

How your book is made

1. You upload photos and pay.
2. We draw faces of your child and the parent. You pick the ones that look most like them, or ask us to draw them again.
3. We draw every page and send you the whole book to preview. You can ask us to redraw up to three pages for free.
4. Nothing is printed or delivered until you approve the book.

The book is illustrated from your photos and will look like a drawing of your child, not a photograph. Each book is made to order for your family.

Printing and shipping

Printed books are made and shipped in the US by our print partner, Lulu, usually within about three weeks of your approval. Delivery dates are estimates. We ship only to US addresses. Digital editions are a PDF download from your order page once you approve.

Refunds

• Before you approve: if you are not happy with the faces or the pages, tell us and we will refund you in full. Your photos are deleted.
• After you approve: because each book is personalized, we cannot take returns for a change of mind. If your printed book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 days.

Your photos and your book

• You confirm you are the parent or guardian of the child in the photos and have the right to share the photos of the adult.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to use them only to make your book, as our privacy policy describes.
• The book is for your family's personal use. You may print it, share it and give it as a gift. You may not sell copies.
• The stories, artwork style and characters other than your family are ours. We will never use your child's likeness in ads or show your book publicly without your written permission.

What we can refuse

We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the photos cannot be used to draw a likeness, or if the order asks for something we do not make.

Responsibility

If something goes wrong with your order, the most we owe you is what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
